Obama Defends Isis
The
nay sayers, LibProg's etc., like to point out that the quoted text from
"Audacity of Hope" reads like this (and argue that the word
"Muslim" is absent in the text):
Quoting
- "In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for
example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI
questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security
and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this
country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their
citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons
from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with
them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction. [sic]" - End
Quote
The
first question to ask perhaps is:
WHO
is the "they" in this little excerpt?
The
second question to be asked should then perhaps be:
WHO
is the "them" in this little excerpt?
In
the opening line Obama says very clearly his '... meetings with ARAB and
PAKISTANI Americans...'. thus the
logical conclusion is that the subject "they" and the
"them" denoted elsewhere is once more the ARAB and PAKISTANI
Americans. One then merely needs to ask
perhaps two (2) questions:
i)
what is the primary religious philosophy of those living in / coming from Arab
areas and / or Pakistan? Answer - Islam
ii)
what is the primary religious philosophy of those now living in the USA, having
come from Arab areas and / or Pakistan?
Answers - Islam
Thus
the logical conclusion, that any thinking man (woman) can possibly arrive at is
that both the "they" and the "them" denoted in the above
quote taken from pg 261 of the US President's book "Audacity of
Hope", is that 'they' is a direct reference to Islam (or Muslim peoples).
Thus
making the renderings, swapping the "they's" and the "them"
for “Muslims” read like this:
*Muslims*
have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark
underbelly
*Muslims*
need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something... and
I
will stand with *Muslims* should the political winds shift in an ugly direction
Any
student of literature would conclude, at the very least, that the above three
comments do in fact read:
*ARAB
and PAKISTANI Americans * have been reminded that the history of immigration in
this country has a dark underbelly
*ARAB
and PAKISTANI Americans * need specific reassurances that their citizenship
really means something... and
I
will stand with *ARAB and PAKISTANI Americans * should the political winds
shift in an ugly direction
if
not specifically Muslims, certainly; and expressly ARAB and PAKISTANI
Americans. Ergo again I refer you to the questions posed in points
"i" and "ii" above.
This
man Obama has very strongly implied, "Muslim" support, and very
blatantly stated support expressly for ARAB and PAKISTANI Americans.
One
final observation from the excerpt from Obama's book, the "Audacity of
Hope", and his recent public statements reflect this vividly:
To
what ugly shift in direction of political winds is Obama referring?
"ISIS
is not Islam"? In fact He (Obama) continues to defend Islam...
When
the fact of the matter is:
ISIS / ISIL = Islam
The
(so-called) *moderate* Muslim embraces and even enlists in all manner of
practices taught by the Qur'an, including lopping off hands, feet & heads,
burning folk alive, and other barbaric practices of oppression.
The
*radical* Muslim does all the same, just with a complete and utter absence of
conscience or sense of value to or for human life.
“No
Jesus, NO peace” and yet, “Know Jesus, KNOW peace”
How
does one get to “know” Jesus? Simple,
invite Him into your heart, as Jesus says: “Here I am! I stand at the door and
knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with
him, and he with me.” [Revelation 3:20 NIV] How can we be assured that this Jesus stuff
means anything, well because the Bible tells us so, as the Apostle Paul wrote:
“If
you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that
God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart
that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess
your faith and are saved.” [Romans 10:9-10 NIV]
And
for those of you who say to me, I can’t be bothered reading the Bible, “it’s
confusing” or “it’s a waste of my time”, may I draw your attention to what the
Bible says about wisdom: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and
knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” [Proverbs 9:10 NIV]
If
nothing else, PLEASE read two chapters from the Bible – (don’t own one, sorry
NO excuse, if you’re reading this, you can access this: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John%203:16&version=NIV)
John 3 and John 14!
John
3:16 says: “For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not
perish but have eternal life.”
And
John 14:6 says: “Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No
one comes to the Father except through me.”
