MOSSAD EMBLEM / INSIGNIA
Seven-Candle Menorah, with Inscription
All right, after much digging, querying and pondering... I have come up with this.
***NOTE***
The answer I am about to post comes from Wikipedia (and I am ALWAYS very cautious about Wiki... b/c a) it is so easily edited, and b) because it tends to be far too left-leaning for my tastes) that said I have come up with:
Top Rocker: (read from right to left, beginning with the dot moving counter-clockwise) - says: "Where no wise direction is, a people falleth:"
Bottom Rocker: (also read right to left, beginning with the dot moving counter-clockwise) - says: "but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety."
This is their (Mossad's) present MOTTO and is based upon Proverbs 11:14 "Where no wise direction is, a people falleth; but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety." (unable to provide English version of this scripture)
Mossad's former 'Motto' was based also on a Proverb, Proverbs 24:6 and says - "For by wise guidance you can wage your war"
